The Postie-bike Grand Prix is on again in 2026!
Cessnock NSW will come alive to all the thrills and spills of around 70 or more CT110 Postie Bikes roaring through the street circuit when the Cessnock Mitsubishi Australian Postie Bike Grand Prix returns for the 12th running since first race started back in 2014.
The Australian Postie Bike Grand Prix is a free fun day for the whole family consisting of several iconic CT110 Postie bikes street racing in the heart of the city in heats before racing revs up a notch with the PremiAir Hire Wine Country Cup, followed by the SMW Drilling Services Cessnock Cup before the main event kicks it up a notch with the main race at 3pm, the Cessnock Mitsubishi Australian Postie Bike Grand Prix! There’s plenty to see & do with markets, food stalls & free jumping castles & face painting for the kids and our beautiful local Grid Girls selling raffle tickets throughout the day!

The engine can’t be modified and will be tested on a Dyno

Make sure it’s a CT110, not a CT125
Tyres
What tyre can you run? Standard or road-legal tyres only, maximum size 2.75 x 17, rated E1/E2/E3/E4 or DOT approved (or a Dunlop TT900GP). No slicks or grooved slicks allowed.

Postie Bike
The Postie bike is an iconic Honda CT110 Australia Post motorcycle used for mail delivery. The Grand Prix will only allow Honda CT110 (not CT125 & not cubs). The aesthetic and handling of the bike can be modified to fit the rider following the current GCRâs and rules for the Australian Postie GP.
I’m in, what do i need?
Each team must be composed of 2 riders and 2 x pit crew (includes a Team Manager) for the Postie Bike GP, and 1 rider + 1 Team Manager for the Woman’s race.
Race entries must be done through RiderNet where you can also get a day licence.
